Xinyi Wang

Xinyi is a research assistant of the Civic Life of Cities Lab and China Program. She earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Cornell University. Xinyi is now a graduate student at the Center for East Asian Studies in Stanford University, and her research interests focus on the income inequality issue in China and women’s condition in both Japanese and Chinese economy. Recently, she has developed interests in how private sector can contribute to the alleviation of inequality and other social issues in both China and Japan.
