Wayne Chinganga

Wayne Chinganga was a research assistant for the Digital Civil Society Lab. He is a mechanical engineering major. Wayne strives to hear African narratives told by Africans for Africans. While in Botswana, he witnessed Facebook’s free basics program unfold across Africa. When he’s not solving differential equations, Wayne likes exploring the crafty incentives behind such western tech invasions.
