Heitor Santos

Heitor Santos is a PhD Candidate in International and Comparative Education at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education. He is a former PACS PhD fellow and current member of PACS’ Global Civil Society and Sustainable Development lab, where he has been contributing to the development of the World Education Reform Database. His dissertation research investigates the factors shaping the spread of rationalized practices among nonprofit organizations, cross-nationally and specifically in Brazil. He utilizes data collected from international databases, organization annual reports and interviews with NGO staff.
