C.R. Hibbs
C.R. Hibbs is a Visiting Practitioner at Stanford University’s Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society. Her current work, which includes consulting to private foundation clients, focuses on integrating organizational capacity and strategy, philanthropic training and learning, and fostering communities of practitioners for collective social impact. Before coming to PACS, C.R. served as Senior Advisor to the President of the Hewlett Foundation. She also spent ten years as a program officer and the managing director for Mexico for the Hewlett Foundation’s Global Development Program. In that capacity, Ms. Hibbs established the Hewlett Foundation’s Mexico City office, and developed a portfolio of grants that contributed to significant justice reform and transparency and accountability reforms in Mexico.
