Bryan Maygers

Bryan Maygers is deputy editor, digital at Stanford Social Innovation Review. He has more than a decade of experience as an editor at some of the web’s most influential news and opinion publications. He was most recently deputy digital editor at The Week and previously held several senior editorial positions at HuffPost, where he launched and edited the site’s first opinion section. Since 2018, he has served as a volunteer mentor-editor for The OpEd Project. He has a bachelor’s degree in history and religious studies from the University of Kansas and now lives in Brooklyn.
