Education for Philanthropy Professionals
October 14 - 29th, 2021 - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm PST
Stanford PACS’ Effective Philanthropy Learning Initiative (EPLI) is excited to announce its next Education for Philanthropy Professionals program, a virtual, executive-style learning course delivered through six half-day sessions over three weeks—October 14-29, 2021 (Fall program)
The program is for philanthropic professionals in a leading role within a family foundation or family office who are in a unique position to guide their principal and execute on their vision for changing the world. Through the program, we share our knowledge of the principles and practices of effective philanthropy, help professionals navigate the principal’s ideas, budget, and priorities, share trends and best-practices in the field, and support continued career growth through professional development and networking opportunities. A new module on family foundation governance, offered in partnership with the National Center for Family Philanthropy, has just been added!
The program will be taught by experienced EPLI faculty and staff and will include discussions with several guest speakers and Stanford professors on a variety of specialized topics.
Applications are now open and will be accepted through September 17, 2021.
