Stanford PACS in China 2016
Stanford PACS co-hosted its annual conference series at the Stanford Center at Peking University (SCPKU) in Beijing, China from March 16 to March 18, 2016.
The goal of this workshop was to leverage philanthropic investments for social good. These events were in partnership with Leping Foundation (Day 1 and Day 2) and Yintai Foundation and the PKU Guanghua-Yintai Research Center for Philanthropy and Social Impact (Day 2).
Blurring of the Boundaries: China’s New Socially Responsible Economy
The first event “Blurring of the Boundaries: China’s New Socially Responsible Economy” attracted more than 150 pivotal business, nonprofit, foundation, and community leaders from all over China, convening to discuss themes such as impact investing and venture philanthropy.
