Laura Seaman

Laura Seaman served as Associate Director of the Digital Civil Society Lab at Stanford PACS from 2016 – 2019, where she oversaw the Digital Impact initiative and the Lab’s portfolio of research projects, fellowships, grants, and publications. Prior to joining the Lab Laura worked at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, the Asia Foundation, the University of Denver and UC Davis.
